Cara Suttner
I have been a Lactation Consultant for 12 years and I am devoted and passionate about helping my patients. I grew up and still live in Bondi with my husband and 6 beautiful children.
For as long as I can remember, I have had a desire to be around newborns and their families. When I graduated as a registered nurse in 2005, I was lucky enough to pursue this love, and worked with precious neonates and their loved ones in the special care nursery at the Royal Hospital For Women in Randwick.
When I started to have my own children, I became more in awe of the mother baby relationship. I strongly believe that mums know their babies best and that often societal, medical or other outside pressures challenge this leading mothers to question their instincts.
I am passionate about educating and helping women in their role as a mum and empowering them to care for their baby the way they feel is best.
I am a certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and consult with mums in hospital post delivery, in my rooms in Bondi Beach, or in the comfort of their own homes.
Member of LCANZ and qualified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC®).
